Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Cicerly's services.

Your access to as well as the use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the website. By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the website.

GENERAL NOTES:

Cicerly does not guarantee the integrity of your smartphone. Scratches may occur from particles that can get inside the case. Handle with care and at own risk and keep away from children. Depending on the model or version, the illustrations may differ from the real product.

PAYMENT

Accepted forms of payment are PayPal and credit cards.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of payment via Australia Post (please check available shipping options in your cart before purchase).

For other shipping methods, please contact us before purchase.



We are not responsible for any damage / loss / delays occurred during shipment.

 The payment of taxes / customs / duties etc. are responsibility of the buyer and are not part of the shipping costs.

Once we ship your purchase it is up to the post office to get it to you in a timely manner. Your order will be shipped to the address that I receive through your order. Please double check that the address is the correct address.

DELIVERY TIME

Please please check available shipping options in your cart before purchase.

Usual Delivery Time: Australia: 2-5 days; Europe: 6-10 days; Rest of the World: please allow 2-6 weeks for international shipping.

Delivery Time via TNT Express Shipping: Australia: 24-48 hours; New Zealand: 48-72 hours; International: 1 week

Packages could get held up in customs, causing the arrival time to take longer. Please know that I can’t track an international package. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees. Please be aware that in some countries these fees can be quite high.

WARRANTY

All defective items, unless otherwise defined on this website, are eligible for replacement within six (6) months from the original purchase date. This six (6) month warranty does not cover damages caused to your cover or your device by improper installation, handling, use or improper postage handling. Please check our FAQ before purchase.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please let us know if there are any problems.

Refunds and exchanges will be considered depending on the situation. 
In case you have a problem, please contact us and we’ll try to find a fair solution. 

The item must be returned undamaged and unused and the shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser. 
You must return the item or items within 14 days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a refund. The refund will be made within 3 working days from receipt. We do not take any responsibility for damaged or lost cell phones.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by German law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of German authority.
