Cicerly products are generally very intuitive and easy to handle. The delivery includes a hardcover smartphone case on which the necklace (PPM cord) is already attached. All you need to do it: exchange your old hardcover case with the new on and voilà!

The hardcover case is made of silikon. The adjustable cord is attached to the hardcover case by two metall ringd. The cord is a braided PPM cord. PPM is made from Polypropylene multifilament fibre. Polypropylene does not absorb moisture and is very lightweight (even when wet), it feels smooth and doesn't get dirty quickly. PPM rope is washed in a washing machine at max. 30 degrees. The PPM cors is non-toxic, safe for humans and animals (OEKO-TEX®).

Cicerly's phone necklace cases are available for the following phone types: iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel and HUAWEI.
For all remaining models, Cicerly offers the ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL CONNECTOR. The connector fits to every smartphone which is equipped with a tight fitting hardcover case.
If you prefer a phone necklace case for your smartphone and you can't find it in our shop, then please write us an email.

If you want to purchase a Cicerly phone necklace for your friend and are uncertain what model you should buy, we would recommend to either purchase a gift card or buy the ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL CONNECTOR.
In any case, you can return your purchase as long as the item is not used and returned to us within 14 days.

All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of payment via Australia Post and TNT Express Shipping. Please check available shipping options in your cart before purchase. For other shipping methods, please contact us before purchase.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds and exchanges will be considered depending on the situation. In case you have a problem, please contact us and we’ll try to find a fair solution. The item must be returned undamaged and unused and the shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser. You must return the item or items within 14 days of receiving your purchase in order to receive a refund. The refund will be made within 3 working days from receipt. We do not take any responsibility for damaged or lost cell phones.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
